Our electronics lab is a hands-on program designed to teach the fundamentals of electronics using state-of-the art electronics equipment. Lab projects are conducted using the NI Elvis II, a modular educational laboratory device built by National Instruments. Students will be exposed to a broad range of electronics concepts through a series of interactive labs. The set of laboratory modules will cover the basics of electronic circuits and build up to advanced microcontroller programming. Below is the tentative lab schedule student’s will follow:

1. Basic electronic circuits (DC circuits with resistors, Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Laws)
2. Advanced electronic circuits (AC circuits with capacitance and inductance)
3. Digital circuits
4. Microcontrollers (Analog to digital conversion)
